I have had many a discussion with those that think know best about eye contact – when the reality is that one doesn’t have to be looking somebody in the eye full time to be listening, engaged or being honest.

Eye accessing cues are very interesting and revealing and featured part of a recent assignment within my NLP course. On John Bishop’s show this week a very funny comedian (Jim Owen) did a brilliant routine around the eye movements albeit exaggerated it was actually very accurate.

Having been previously accused of ‘looking to the sky for divine intervention’ I am actually accessing those v.i.p files locked away.
