Being grateful

I know I write about kindness and being grateful frequently but there is no doubt that being kind to others and grateful of what we have including good health makes for a more positive approach and guarantees personal contentment. The pace of life is fast and too often we fail to remind ourselves just how good life is and possibly take friendships and our health for granted.

I am re-using a quote under a young christian man’s recent photo posted on media and assurred he will not mind!

‘Challenges are things that  makes life interesting and overcoming them makes life meaningful’

I also have it on good authority that the same young man practices gratefulness and kindness – he will go far in life I am certain.

Whilst it may not be trendy in some circles to be christian my generation were encouraged that this basically meant being a good person -and where’s the harm in that?
