Faith restored -client engagement

Following yesterday’s blog today I definitely had my faith restored in customer/client engagement.

If, I had been carrying our investigative research in a particular area this week I have certainly seen the best and worst examples.

This morning’s experience was far superior with staff being immediately on the ball, courteous, positive and even took a quality consultant by surprise. Congrats to said company who I will not name yet but  having really explored their website they certainly live up to their aims and objectives.

I am suitably impressed…watch this space.
